Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a 4,000 year old technique that allows you to make conscious changes at subconscious levels. Simple to practice but with extreme impact, the Yoga Nidra technique has been known to change lives by bringing Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual (PEMS) Levels into alignment, resulting in Peace, Harmony and Healing. Yoga Nidra is Sanskrit for Yogic Sleep. The technique effectively puts the physical body to "sleep" while the practitioner remains aware of what is happening. In the Alpha Brain Wave State and with the use of intention, the practitioner is able to reduce stress, break bad habits, heal the Mind, Body and Spirit, burn off karma and more. No experience is necessary. The hardest part about it is to not Fidget...and to resist falling asleep.
A New, Better Technique
In 2013, Yeshua informed me that he would be elevating the practice and that the new name for the technique would be The Holy Trinity Guided Meditation. While some of it is similar to Yoga Nidra, it is at a much, much higher frequency due to the presence of God, Yeshua, the Holy Spirit and the Ascended Beings and Archangels with whom I work to provide healing. The term meditation doesn't say nearly enough.
What you're really being offered is a Guided Experience where Energetic Healing is performed on you by God, Jesus and other members of the Divine.
During each experience, energetic healing is performed on you as Yeshua (Jesus) guides you through it. Those who are highly sensitive will likely feel hands on them, notice they feel heat or cold, detect sensations as energy is moved around and a vast variety of other experiences. Many drift to a different dimension and cannot recall the full experience. The work they perform on you is tailored to your needs and often continues after the meditation. Regular practice is highly beneficial and strengthens your relationship with Yeshua, God, the Divine...and yourself.

I had to email you about my experience last night. Your meditation is an amazing, wonderful gift. Thank you. I had so many never-before-felt experiences during — and after — that I’d like to share:
Everything seemed familiar until the point when you said to bring everything into one spot...and BAMMMM! All of a sudden, simultaneously, I felt a giant opening in my head and my throat, and my heart chakra felt like it burst open so big — I’ve never felt it so large before. Also, I was having trouble with congestion in my nose and sinus area — that issue vanished.
I also woke up in the middle of the night with an image that my guides and I were working on something that I needed to release while awake. So "we" woke me up to release. There were a few more things but I still feel great and I now feel — which I think is my "inner child" — is here with me now…out to play!!!

The Holy Trinity Guided Meditation
Where Attention Goes...Energy Flows. Clear out aches, pains and bad memories! This Guided Meditation takes you on a Prana-Clearing Expedition through the entire physical body to clear out blocks held in various locations, including all of the major systems of the body (skeletal, muscular, etc.), Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System. This is an earlier version so the sound quality isn't up to par, but it's effective.
In just 34 minutes, you can remove triggers from the subconscious and unconscious minds that get activated by high levels of stress.
