Help with Stress

Rescue Remedy
If you are experiencing anxiety, stress or panic, this formula is helpful in calming you down. Out-of-control emotions only make matters worse if you're in the middle of a challenge or life transition, which most of us are in now.

If you're not allergic to any of the ingredients, this is an easy and effective way to maintain a sense of calm. It can be found online and in Health or Whole Food markets.

If you're having extreme anxiety or panic, it's suggested that you take a full dropper under the tongue in the morning, place 10 drops in a water bottle to sip, and you can do another dropper dose if your panic spikes.

If your anxiety is not too overwhelming, you can just put 5 drops in your water bottle.

Be sure to check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions that might worsen by taking this formula. Be sure to check all the ingredients before purchasing.

Clearing Your Energy Field

We pick up energy from other people constantly. It is important for those who are highly sensitive people (HSPs) and/or empaths to adopt an Energetic Maintenance Routine to clear their energy field regularly to reduce stress. There's are simple ways to clear the energy of others from your energy field using intention.

Clearing and Detaching from Other People's Energy
Consider that most people right now are having a hard time, and they're transmitting energy. As stated above, we absorb it into our energy field and take it on as our own. Not only is this not healthy for you, it's also energetically "illegal" to try to process other people's energy. Understandably, many people (especially parents) try to do this for loved ones and their children to help alleviate their pain.

To remove the energy of other people, do this:
Wave your hands over your body to gather up any energy from other people, then push the energy outward, aiming for a distance of 5 feet. Do this slowly and all over, stating that you only accept your own energy, your own thoughts and your own feelings. You can do this over the course of your day in a restroom or other private space.

Grounding, Centering and Clearing Other People's Energy
Another method is ground, center and rid yourself of other people's energy is to close your eyes and visualize a beam of light coming down from the heavens, into the crown of your head and all the way down your spine and deep into the ground. Visualize a large but gentle explosion of light that pushes negative energy out of your body and energy field.

The Light Quotient Exercise
Archangel Metatron encourages everyone to increase their Light Quotient, or capacity to hold Divine Light within themselves. The higher it goes, the better you feel. Spiritual Bath Recipe

Soaking in a salt bath helps to calm, soothe and remove negative energy from your energy field. Some like to pray, meditate or do forgiveness work while soaking for added effect. Feel free to work with your favorite essential oils, herbs or crystals for added healing.

This bath helps you to eliminate toxins in the body and negative energy that you pick up from other people...at work, from family members, in traffic, at the grocery store, in a doctor's office or hospital, etc. Most of us are psychic and are like sponges who absorb the energy of others and it becomes very difficult to process it all, so this will help to clear you. 

You can increase or reduce the recipe for each salt ingredient depending on your needs, but don't exceed 1/2 cup of vinegar. All items can be found in a grocery store.

Ingredients
Sea Salt (up to 1 cup or more - trust your intuition)
Epsom Salt (up to 2 cups or more)
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)

​Directions
​Run a bath and add 1/4 cup of the raw ACV. (Don't worry — you won't smell like a salad.) To add the salts, pour sea salt into your left hand and dump it into the water. Do this several times, more if inclined or your mood is very low. Your intuition will tell you when to stop. Do the same with the epsom salts. (Omit the epsom salt if you have an allergy to sulfites.)

​Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes, but 30 should be your goal, and the longer the better. Detach from the energy of everyone you encountered throughout your day and mentally declare that you will only accept your own thoughts, feelings and energy.

Super Powerful Spiritual Bath
If you are going through a severe life challenge and are having an especially difficult time, use this bath recipe every night for at least a week. Try not to skip a day no matter how tired you are. Continue for longer if it's not too expensive.
1 Pound Sea Salt
1 Pound Epsom Salts
1/2 Cup raw Apple Cider Vinegar
 (Bragg brand)

Again, check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions or allergies that might be affected by magnesium sulfate.

About Epsom Salt
Epsom salt, named for a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, is not actually salt but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. The magnesium helps to produce serotonin, a mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates a feeling of calm and relaxation. Research shows that magnesium also increases energy and stamina by encouraging the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy packets made in the cells. Experts believe that bathing with Epsom salt at least three times a week helps you to look better, feel better and gain more energy. Magnesium ions also help you relax the nervous system and reduce irritability by lowering the effects of adrenaline. 

Stress drains the body of magnesium and increases levels of adrenaline. When dissolved in warm water, Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin and replenishes the level of magnesium in the body. It helps to create a relaxed feeling, improve sleep and concentration, and help muscles and nerves function properly.

Energetic Healing

Archangel Metatron recommends that to facilitate healing, we should take advantage of the Magenta Ray (the vibrational frequency of the color magenta). He suggested that we use a photograph or "take a Selfie" (His words!) and wrap the image in a magenta cloth. I found a convenient and inexpensive option in the fabric department at Walmart. I paid $1.00 but prices may vary.

Pictured is a Waverly Inspirations "Fat Quarter" pre-cut cloth in magenta, measuring 18 x 21 inches (45.72 cm x 53.34 cm). If you have trouble finding it, the SKU# is PCS1529 and the Item# is 554737934.

This is a perfect solution. If it is not available where you live, go to a fabric store. To match up the color, Google "What is magenta?" on your phone and you'll find descriptions and color images you may find helpful.

Castor Oil
It's also helpful to apply some castor oil on a felt cloth and secure it to the area that hurts. You can wrap cellophane around it to keep it in place.

Moon Rituals

These rituals can be performed under any moon phase or eclipse. These suggestions are a great way for those who work with moon energy and the Moon Chakra (situated at the base of the skull) to enhance their practice.
 
A lunar or solar eclipse is a powerful time for transformation, release and renewal. It acts as a cosmic reset button, encouraging us to let go of what no longer serves and to consciously choose what we wish to invite in. Here is a simple list of ritualistoc practices you can do to align with these energies.

1. Release by Fire
Begin by writing down on a piece of paper the habits, fears or patterns you are ready to let go of. Be as honest and as specific as possible. Once finished, safely burn the paper in a fireproof dish or outdoors, allowing the flame to symbolize the release of those energies.
 
2. Invocation Journal
Take a fresh page in your journal and write down what you wish to welcome into your life. Phrase each intention as if it is already true: “I embody courage.” “I live in peace.” “I attract aligned opportunities.” This anchors the energy of your intentions into your consciousness and plants them into your subconscious mind, ready to grow and manifest.

You can also write your intentions on a piece of paper and put it inside your pillowcase. The energy of the words will permeate your subconscious mind while you sleep or meditate. Go big! Don’t think small!
 
3. Moonlit Water Ritual
Place a container (or several containers) of water under the moonlight during the eclipse to “charge” it with the moon’s vibrational frequency. Hold the container against your solar plexus. Call to mind what you would either release, transform or welcome and push these intentions down your spine and into the water through your 3rd chakra.

In the morning, separate some of the water for the purpose of anointing your hands, heart and forehead (similar to Holy Water) as a blessing to carry the energy forward. The rest of the water can be used in small quantities (1-3 tablespoons) to “enhance” a glass of water, cup of tea or coffee, juice or other beverage. You can have a separate container to add a splash to a spiritual bath.
 
4. Crystal Cleansing Ritual
Soak your crystals in salt water for up to five minutes, but do not exceed this time limit. Use only a few shakes of salt; about 1/4 teaspoon. Staying in contact with salt for too long can damage your crystal. Rinse the crystals thoroughly and place them on a plate or tray on the windowsill or outdoors to capture the energy of the moon. Collect them in the morning and return them to your altar.

5. Body Clearing
Stand under the moonlight if possible. If not, visualize it shining over you. Imagine the energy of the eclipse washing through your body, clearing out old pain and infusing you with light. You may enhance this by brushing your hands gently down your body, as if sweeping away stagnant energy, as described above in the Energetic Maintenance section.
 
6. Sacred Sound Alignment
Close the ritual by using sound. Ring a bell, tone a singing bowl, chant “Om” or hum with intention. The vibration will help reset your energy field and anchor the changes you are inviting.
 
Integration
After the ritual, ground yourself using your favorite visualization technique. Drink water or tea, eat something simple and take a few moments to journal any insights or messages that came through. Take a spiritual salt bath to release more energy and balance.
 
Notice how you feel lighter, clearer and more connected to your path.

Breathwork

Practice breathwork daily to clear your aura of negative energy, worry, stress, anxiety, etc.

Sound Healing

Search on YouTube for videos to work with for sound healing: spiritual music, guided meditations, binaural beats, etc.

Journaling

As often as possible, write down what you're feeling and don't forget to include what you're grateful for. Putting your feelings to paper helps you move the energy through.

​Self-improvement

Stretch yourself by reading books that help you learn about life, emotions, the ego, spirituality, metaphysics, astrology, numerology and other modalities that offer a glimpse into what's happening beneath the surface of your reality.

Don't Forget to Laugh

Do things you enjoy and that are uplifting or fun, such as connecting to nature, grounding yourself on Mother Earth and asking for Her support, watching funny movies or TV shows, reading inspiring books or listening to uplifting music.

Unplug

Keep in mind that you are also absorbing toxic energy from the news. Perhaps only watch enough to know what's happening, but try not to become obsessed with it. Limit your exposure to all of the toxicity by developing a new routine of Caring for Yourself.

Volunteer

Being of service has is own rewards because as we give, we receive. Learn ways to help others in your community or for a cause you feel passionate about.

Get Creative

Keep your mind and hands occupied by engaging in activities that are creative and calming, such as cooking, arts and crafts, music, art or your favorite hobby.

Group Activities

Connect with others in your community by participating in events that are fun, spiritual or that help you to unwind: Tai Chi, guided medittion, martial arts, drum circles, cooking classes or another opportunity to learn. Yoga studios and spiritual metaphysical shops often offer interesting circles and activities. Group or one-on-one therapy could be helpful.
