If you are experiencing anxiety, stress or panic, this formula is helpful in calming you down. Out-of-control emotions only make matters worse if you're in the middle of a challenge or life transition, which most of us are in now. If you're not allergic to any of the ingredients, this is an easy and effective way to maintain a sense of calm. It can be found online and in Health or Whole Food markets. If you're having extreme anxiety or panic, it's suggested that you take a full dropper under the tongue in the morning, place 10 drops in a water bottle to sip, and you can do another dropper dose if your panic spikes. If your anxiety is not too overwhelming, you can just put 5 drops in your water bottle. Be sure to check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions that might worsen by taking this formula. Clearing Your Energy Field
We pick up energy from other people constantly. It is important for those who are highly sensitive people (HSPs) and/or empaths clear their energy field regularly to reduce stress. There's are simple ways to clear the energy of others from your energy field using intention.
Clearing and Detaching from Other People's Energy
Consider that most people right now are having a hard time, and they're transmitting energy. As stated above, we absorb it into our energy field and take it on as our own. Not only is this not healthy for you, it's also energetically "illegal" to try to process other people's energy. Understandably, many people (especially parents) try to do this for loved ones and their children to help alleviate their pain.
To remove the energy of other people, do this:
Wave your hands over your body to gather up any energy from other people, then push the energy outward, aiming for a distance of 5 feet. Do this slowly and all over, stating that you only accept your own energy, your own thoughts and your own feelings. You can do this over the course of your day in a restroom or other private space.
Grounding, Centering and Clearing Other People's Energy
Another method is ground, center and rid yourself of other people's energy is to close your eyes and visualize a beam of light coming down from the heavens, into the crown of your head and all the way down your spine and deep into the ground. Visualize a large but gentle explosion of light that pushes negative energy out of your body and energy field.

Soaking in a salt bath helps to calm, soothe and remove negative energy from your energy field. Some like to pray, meditate or do forgiveness work while soaking for added effect. Feel free to work with your favorite essential oils, herbs or crystals for added healing.
This bath helps you to eliminate toxins in the body and energy that you pick up from other people...at work, from family members, in traffic, at the grocery store, in a doctor's office or hospital, etc. Most of us are psychic and are like sponges who absorb the energy of others and it becomes very difficult to process it all, so this will help to clear you.
You can increase or reduce the recipe for each salt ingredient depending on your needs, but don't exceed 1/2 cup of vinegar. All items can be found in a grocery store.
Ingredients
Sea Salt (up to 1 cup or more - trust your intuition)
Epsom Salt (up to 2 cups or more)
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (1/4 cup)
Directions
Run a bath and add the salts and vinegar. (Don't worry — you won't smell like a salad.) Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes, but 30 should be your goal, and the longer the better. Detach from the energy of everyone you encountered throughout your day and mentally declare that you will only accept your own thoughts, feelings and energy.
Super Powerful Spiritual Bath
If you are going through a severe life challenge and are having an especially difficult time, use this bath recipe every night for at least a week. Try not to skip a day no matter how tired you are. Continue for longer if it's not too expensive.

1/2 Cup raw Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg brand)

Epsom salt, named for a bitter saline spring at Epsom in Surrey, England, is not actually salt but a naturally occurring pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulfate. Energetic Healing

Archangel Metatron recommends that to facilitate healing, we should take advantage of the Magenta Ray (the vibrational frequency of the color magenta). He suggested that we use a photograph or "take a Selfie" (His words!) and wrap the image in a magenta cloth. I found a convenient and inexpensive option in the fabric department at Walmart. I paid $1.00 but prices may vary.

Journaling
As often as possible, write down what you're feeling and don't forget to include what you're grateful for. Putting your feelings to paper helps you move the energy through.
Don't Forget to Laugh
Do things you enjoy and that are uplifting or fun, such as connecting to nature, grounding yourself on Mother Earth and asking for Her support, watching funny movies or TV shows, reading inspiring books or listening to uplifting music.
Unplug
Keep in mind that you are also absorbing toxic energy from the news. Perhaps only watch enough to know what's happening, but try not to become obsessed with it. Limit your exposure to all of the toxicity by developing a new routine of Caring for Yourself.
